Canwil Configurators

What is this?

The Configurators hub gives you access to all Canwil product configurators from one place. Each configurator has an admin view (with pricing, costs, and orders) and a customer-facing view (clean configuration experience).

The Configurators

• ⛳ TruSim Golf Screen — Configure impact screens, sidewall drapes, and gap fillers for golf simulators. Customers save quotes and submit orders directly.
• 🏗️ TruTruss XT — 3D truss cage builder. Enter dimensions, and it auto-selects the right pieces from the Eastern Sports Industrial catalog and generates a cut list and BOM.
• 🪢 Canvas Configurator — Custom cut & sew for flat panels, cylinders, and box shapes. Has AI voice parsing — speak a description and it configures automatically.
• 👕 Industrial Laundry — Coming soon. Ironer pads, wax cloths, cleaning cloths for laundry equipment.
• 🔧 FME Covers — Coming soon. Foreign material exclusion covers for nuclear and power plant applications (Ty-Flot partnership).

Admin vs Customer View

Each vertical has two modes. Admin view shows internal pricing, margins, BOMs, and order management. Customer view is a clean configurator without pricing details — share this link with customers.

Production Feedback Loop

After production, Nik or Alma enter actual production times. The system compares actuals vs. estimates and suggests labor rate adjustments to keep quotes accurate over time.
