What is the Intelligence Scanner?
The Intelligence Scanner reads all Canwil email inboxes every night using AI. It surfaces customer complaints, shipping issues, quality problems, and positive feedback — so nothing falls through the cracks, even when the team is busy.
What It Scans
- All Google Workspace inboxes (nik@, jaya@, logistics@, po@, accounting@, office@)
- Looks back 8 days on regular scans, full history on backfill
- Skips automated emails, newsletters, tracking notifications, and internal messages
What It Detects
- Complaints — wrong item, damaged goods, missing shipment, billing errors
- Shipping issues — delays, lost packages, wrong address
- Quality issues — defective material, wrong specs
- Vendor issues — supplier problems that may need a SCAR report
- Praise — positive feedback worth sharing with the team
- PO acknowledgment gaps — purchase orders that haven't been responded to
Auto-Actions
- High severity issues (4-5/5) automatically create a Task assigned to Jaya
- POs detected in any inbox create a Task assigned to Nicole + Jaya
- Patterns across multiple issues trigger SCAR suggestions
