SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are step-by-step guides for how Canwil operates. They live here so every team member can find the right process without having to ask someone — and so new staff can get up to speed quickly.
Finding a Guide
- Use the search bar to find guides by keyword
- Browse by department — Sales, Production, Admin, TruSim, Logistics
- Click any card to open the full guide
Adding a New SOP

Write the guide as a Google Doc in the Canwil SOPs folder on Drive

Click Sync from Drive — the system pulls all docs from the folder automatically

The SOP appears here within seconds, searchable by all staff
Who Can See SOPs?
All staff with console access can read SOPs. Only superadmins (Nik and Jaya) can sync, add, or delete guides.
💡 ISO Tip: Every major process should have an SOP. When an issue or SCAR is resolved, update or create the relevant SOP so the fix becomes permanent procedure — not tribal knowledge.
